Businesses operating across national borders are faced by widely differing systems in different countries, even within the European Union. The international tax group is able to chart a way through the maze of differing tax legislation in different countries to provide integrated tax advice in and across a number of jurisdictions, particularly in Europe, but also in Africa and South East Asia.

The international tax group provides standalone structuring advice, but also assistance dealing with enquiries from tax authorities and a transactional tax advisory service, working with colleagues in other legal disciplines within the firm. 

Where appropriate, we will also project manage the delivery of tax advice or coordinate input to transactional documents from a number of countries in order to provide a multi-national solution.
