Lana is a Partner in our Jordan office, and has spent a year on secondment to Qatar office in 2012. Lana specializes in corporate commercial, public private partnerships and regulatory reform and has worked on various forms of acquisitions and investments, representing local and international parties, including conducting due diligence, advising on suitable corporate entities and drafting requisite agreements.
Lana has previously worked at the Euro-Jordanian Export Program (EJEP) in Amman where she was responsible for addressing all legal, regulatory and policy related impediments to export.
Lana attained her LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the University of Washington School of Law, USA and has a diploma in International Mergers & Acquisitions from the College of Law of England & Wales.
She is a member of the Jordan Bar Association and the State Bar of California. She is also a Panelist with WIPO Arbitration & Mediation Center and speaks English and Arabic..
