We’ve come a long way in a short period of time and are still a firm that’s very much on the move. A strategy for growth is currently bearing fruit beyond our expectations; our London practice is thriving, revenues are growing and our international network gets stronger every year.
Success has come about though a philosophy of listening to clients and then acting upon what they want. Eversheds is one of the most innovative firms around: both in the way we deliver our services through a project management approach, and the way we have developed a forward thinking, client-centred and people-focused culture. The FT recently ranked us as number four in a list of the most innovative law firms.
In recent years, the accolades have come thick and fast:
- Winners of the Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Awards, June 2007: for Innovation in Management for the partners profit sharing scheme and for Innovation in Marketing and PR section for the bad management PR campaign.
- Awarded Corporate Investors In People accreditation, 2006.
- Won the press campaign of the year award for The Eversheds’ Bad Management Survey, masterminded by senior PR manager Imogen Lee at the Legal Marketing Awards, 2007.
- In 2007, Eversheds became the first law firm to publicly take part in the Business in the Community Corporate Responsibility Index. In 2007, Eversheds has won five awards in total for Community Investment such as Cares and Pro Bono (Law Firm of the Year awarded by LawWorks).
- Ranked 52 in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employees 2007.
- Ranked 263 in the Business Superbrands Top 500, February 2007.
- Ranked 5th in the Mergermarket EU deals up to €500m (1 January 2004 – 31 December 2006).
- Won the Corporate Mid Market Law firm of the year award at the Acquisitions Monthly Awards, 2006.
- Awarded Best Online Product for HRG’s Global Employment Law – Legal Technology Awards 2006.
- Won Best CRM Award at the Managing Partners Forum awards, 2006.
