The legal systems group implements innovative solutions to any project that has a repetitive, high volume legal element. We carry out high volume work in claims management, mortgage enforcement, recoveries and property for the UK's leading banks, plcs, private companies and insurance firms.

We cover areas such as financial recoveries, remortgaging, volume claims, personal injury and specialist litigation for complex claims.

A great place for lawyers...This isn't a role for lawyers who are simply concerned with fine legal points. Yes, you'll need to be technically superb but we're also looking for people who like to be hands on. We like our teams to have a combination of people with leadership and motivation skills as well as team players and committed individuals. You'll have to think sideways: find better ways of working, subtle methods rather than sledgehammers. Above all, you need to demonstrate that Eversheds can make a real difference.

For litigation lawyers there is a real chance to litigate. Using our unique RAPID Resolution approach you'll be able to get your teeth into many juicy cases for big clients.

"There are always opportunities. The things our clients want us to do and the way they want us to do them is always changing. There are courses to develop your skills to meet those needs, and the backup of the practice lawyers when you need them. I'd recommend it to anyone.

"I work in the volume property services department looking after a team of ten people, acting for large lender clients in relation to mortgage work. The work we do is varied and interesting. We get to see lots of different sorts of property matters and I really enjoy it.
