Riccardo is managing partner of Eversheds Bianchini, a member of Eversheds International Limited. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, structured finance and general corporate work, and is the head of the corporate department of the firm. Riccardo took an LLM at New York University School of law in 1987. He has worked as in house counsel with IBM and with an Italian investment bank. Over the years, he has developed an in depth experience in cross border M&A and in corporate aspects of sports law, having assisted two Italian football teams in their stock exchange listing.
