Agris is Managing Partner of Eversheds Bitāns in Latvia. He has legal experience of over 15 years. His practice areas includes intellectual property, contract law, e-commerce, patent rights, construction Law, IT and telecommunication, mass media and advertising. He is a widely recognised and acclaimed litigator in Latvia and also a professor of contracts and intellectual property law at the University of Latvia.

Agris joined Eversheds Bitans as a partner in 2002. He serves as an arbiter in the Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Court. He has been elected as member of the Council of the Latvian Bar Association. He is also President of Latvian AIPPI group.
