Milena Bódiová is a partner and specialist in both corporate and real estate law.  She has worked on a number of international projects focusing on regulatory issues relating to development, company start-ups, acquisitions and M&A.

She advises a number of clients, including advising T-Mobile in the Czech Republic on a regular basis on a range of matters.

Recently, Milena was involved in various acquisitions of companies and real estate for foreign clients in the Czech Republic, including complex due diligence and negotiations relating to regulatory and telecom issues.  Milena was also involved in advising Swisscom in respect of the proposed privatisation of a 51.1% shareholding in Ceský Telecom a.s. for € 2 billion.

Milena, a native Czech speaker, speaks fluent English and German.
