Jonas is managing partner of Eversheds in Stockholm, Sweden. He has been practising law since 1990, including three years in Moscow and New York.

His main areas of practice include Swedish and international transactions, mainly M&A. In addition, Jonas has considerable experience of dispute resolution and the telecommunications industry, in no small part due to his involvement with TeliaSonera, where he was deputy general counsel for two years.
