Alvise is the managing partner of the Tirana office, with Eversheds Bianchini, in Albania.

Alvise specialises in transactions and corporate work and has over twenty years' experience of representing multinationals in Italy on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements.

He also advises on real estate due diligences; the sale/rent of buildings, plant and land; and negotiating complex lease agreements. He also acts in connection with the relocation of companies and has assisted Italian and foreign clients in negotiating, acquiring or disposing of residential properties in Italy and leasing retail property abroad.
