Cornelius is Head of Eversheds' transport sector group. Key clients for whom he is responsible include Transport for London and Crossrail. He was previously head of Eversheds' real estate group, leading a team of 400 real estate lawyers. He has practised as a commercial real estate lawyer throughout his career, working primarily with occupiers. In addition to his extensive experience of leading teams carrying out large and complex projects, he has led on funding and development issues for a number of key clients of the firm.
