Jonas Saladžius is the Managing Partner of Eversheds Saladžius in Lithuania. He specialises in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and joint ventures. Jonas has considerable experience in project and trade financing. He acted for both lenders and borrowers on substantial bilateral and syndicated loans and other financial products. He has advised local and multinational clients on various capital market transactions. Jonas further has a particular interest in oil and gas and the energy sector.

Jonas has been head of the Lithuanian Bar Association's delegation to CCBE (Council of the Bars and Law Societies of Europe) since 2005. He is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association, International Bar Association (where he is a member of the committees on banking law, business organisations, mediation and conciliation of the section on legal practice, as well as the capital markets and European forums), the commission on the Attorney Qualification Examination, and corporate law committee of the Foreign Investors Forum. He is a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce and of Junior Achievement in Lithuania.

As well as lecturing at several Lithuanian universities and the International Business School of Vilnius University, he is co-editor of the Lithuanian Bar Association's magazine and co-author of books on international organisations and international business law.
