Tamás is managing partner and founder member of Sándor Szegedi Szent-Ivány Komáromi Eversheds. He specialises in Hungarian and foreign contract law, company law, privatisation, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, project finance, telecommunications and energy law.
He is an associate professor at the Budapest School of Economics (faculty of law) and a member of the Court of Arbitration attached to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has assisted the government on laws concerning business associations, investments by non-residents in Hungary and the transformation of state owned enterprises. He also advised the government on setting up the State Property Agency. Tamás has written many publications and his commentary to the Vienna Convention of 1980 on the international sale of goods has been published twice.
