Krzysztof is managing partner of Wierzbowski Eversheds. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and telecommunications law. He has represented numerous Polish and international firms across various industries, including telecommunications, energy, construction, freight forwarding, real estate development and trade. Krzysztof has worked on many acquisitions of Polish companies and has advised foreign investors in Poland, branches of major multinational corporations, international financial institutions and the Ministry of Privatisation on privatisation issues.

Before establishing Wierzbowski Eversheds, Krzysztof was a partner at Dickinson, Wright, Moon, van Dusen & Freeman and also at Baker & McKenzie.
