Miro is the Managing Partner of the Port Louis office in Mauritius.

Miro has extensive commercial experience in corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, global business and operations restructuring, investment and global "CIS" funds, banking, debt and aviation finance, as well as in the hotel and leisure industries.

Miro has lectured at the Law Society's Law School for Candidate Attorneys and at the Graduate Institute of Management and Technology (a division of Educor Ltd, a listed company on the JSE). He has served as a commissioner of the Small Claims Court, as a director of various boards, as an executive member of the Law Society Competition Committee and as an arbitrator of the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
