Eversheds set up its commercial advocacy service in October 2006 in order to offer a more efficient and effective way to use counsel for clients. We are one of the very few law firms in this jurisdiction that is able to offer the benefits of a specialist advocacy service.

The service is headed by Tom Keith, a highly experienced commercial barrister who spent 16 years at Fountain Court, one of the premier sets of commercial chambers. Tom is experienced in a broad range of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in financial services, insurance and fraud.
