Employment tribunals
The challenge for employers
"Employment tribunal cases present employers with risk, disruption and uncertainty:
-
What will the outcome be?
-
What will the case cost in legal fees and compensation?
-
How much management time will be absorbed?
"The outcome of a case can bring with it unwanted bad publicity or set a precedent within the workplace. Yet employers cannot avoid some claims if they are to manage their businesses effectively."
Simon Tytherleigh, Partner
How we can help
We concentrate on eliminating uncertainty and developing with our clients a clear and efficient case strategy at the outset of every case through RAPID Resolution to provide an employment tribunal service tailored for each client to meet their needs and preferences. We will agree with you a strategy and a budget at the outset of each case.
At Eversheds, we handle more than 1,000 employment tribunal cases each year and we have achieved a resolution rate* of 93 per cent against the national average of 76 per cent. For many clients we operate fixed price schemes for tribunal cases. However you choose to use us we will report on lessons learned and trends observed from your cases.

What others say about us
"We were particularly impressed with Eversheds' tried and tested approach to managing tribunal claims, which had helped us to achieve greater certainty as to cost. This service is already demonstrating its efficiency and effectiveness."
