In house training



In-house training is an opportunity for you to customise the training we deliver to your organisation and staff. We will listen to your requirements then design a training programme which is informative, cost effective and beneficial to your workplace.

Client focused
Communication with the client is key. It should be honest and frequent throughout the training process. This will ensure we get it right and deliver a training programme that will exceed your initial objectives.

Design
When designing the training session we take into account the topical issues, time available and the people to be trained. We must understand their roles and responsibilities in the organisation, along with their prior knowledge. From this information we can then decide upon the appropriate training methods to be used (eg case studies, role plays, quizzes, skills practice). Training materials can then be prepared.

Delivery
All our training is delivered by competent experienced lawyers and trainers who are specialists within their field.

Evaluation and feedback
Once the training is complete we will liaise with the client and obtain feedback about the training we have provided. Evaluation and feedback is essential as it helps us to understand the ever changing marketplace and to develop as a training provider.
