Marketplace

The marketplace issues we face include client relationships, marketing, procurement policy, and risk management.

Some of these issues are simply a part of how we manage the day to day operation of Eversheds in relation to the business marketplace. For example, the forums we hold for clients to feedback on our performance have long been part of our business and service development.

However, considering the marketplace within a corporate responsibility agenda enables us to keep our economic performance in line with the social and environmental impact of key business decisions. An example is in the way we now work with suppliers on issues such as diversity and environmental management. Working with suppliers in partnership means more effective sustainable relationships.
