You have told us that whilst we need to continue to deliver a quality service, we need to work with you to improve reliability, communication, cost predictability and value for money. As a direct result of this feedback we have developed DealTrack, our project management approach for all of our non-contentious work.
Our DealTrack approach ensures that we properly understand your business, your requirements and your key issues in relation to a particular piece of work.
Our commitment therefore is to listen to what you want and then deliver it.
We are also committed to providing you with cost predictability. This means that we will, on all significant projects, agree a clear scope of work with you at the outset together with a limited set of reasonable assumptions based on what you have told us, and an associated budget for that work. We will only increase our original budget if there are changes to the scope of our work, or the assumptions we made, and we have agreed the changes with you before carrying our extra work.
We will keep you informed throughout to ensure that you are aware of the issues arising on how the matter is progressing. And to help us get even better, at the end of the work we will ask for your feedback. On larger jobs we undertake an independent satisfaction survey of whether we achieved your goals.
Where we have used DealTrack we have received an 86% satisfaction rating from our clients and since we implemented DealTrack, cost overruns have decreased significantly.
