Extranets - the perfect combination of security and convenience

Large transactions often involve many people across a number of locations. Documents need to be accessed and exchanged all the time, which can result in countless e-mails, photocopies and packages being sent and people to losing track of document versions. If it's a confidential matter then security is an additional concern.

The answer is a secure extranet to store all the key documents in one place so that everyone who needs to can access the ‘full file' wherever and whenever they want to.

An extranet is a secure website set up by Eversheds to provide a safe place where we can share confidential documents and work together with a client in an online environment.

Each site is created for a single client and can be used in different ways. In a client relationship area you will typically find full details of your Eversheds team, copies of all reports and key information such as service level agreements. The other areas allow you to use the project room (online deal rooms), case room and library storage area.
