Our management team 

Our Chief Executive, Bryan Hughes, chairs the Executive, Eversheds' managerial body, which is charged with developing, determining and implementing policies and strategies, and is responsible for the general commercial operation of the firm. It is answerable to our partnership through the Board, chaired by John Heaps. Bryan is responsible for the overall direction and management of the firm. His fellow Executive members are:

• Lee Ranson, our UK Managing Partner.
• Our 5 practice group heads: Ian Gray, Peter Halpin, Graham Richardson, Julie Stobart and Martin Warren. They are responsible for the operation of their respective practice groups including their strategic direction (within the overall strategy of the firm) and all issues relating to people, clients and finances.
• Stephen Hopkins, the head of international.
• Alan Meredith, Senior Office Partner for our Cardiff office, who represents the views of the firm's various sector group heads and other UK Senior Office Partners.
• Kathryn Fleming, our Finance Director.
• Angus Macgregor, our HR Director.
• Angela Robertson, our General Counsel.
• Paul Caris, our CIO,
• John Flowers, our Facilities & Property Director and
• Hazel Ryan, our Quality and Risk Director.
