Training Contract Direct Entry - Application Process

• Stage 1: Application form, situational judgement exercise and numerical & verbal reasoning tests are completed on-line
• Stage 2: Competency based telephone interview
• Stage 3: Competency based interview (face to face, Eversheds office)
• Stage 4: Assessment centre includes a commercial negotiation group exercise, business analysis case study and in-tray client letter
• Feedback is provided after assessment day
