As a new student at Eversheds, a mentor, who will be elected among the other students, will be assigned to you. Your mentor will support you, especially during the first few weeks when both Eversheds and your tasks are new to you. Going forward your mentor remains your anchor to aid and support you whenever needed.
As a student you are assigned to one of our teams in either M&A, Tax, Banking & Finance, Competition Law, IPR, Litigation, HR or Real Estate. You take part in the daily teamwork, and your work routine is a combination of team specific duties and varied tasks for other teams across the office.
You will have many educational and independent tasks, and we will show you more confidence and give you more responsibility, as you become more experienced. We assign significant resources - including a vast investment of time - to our students, because we regard your studies as an important basis for the future - yours as well as ours.
Half a year before you graduate, we will determine whether you are a candidate for an appointment as a trainee lawyer.
Normally, Danish language skills will be required in order to work as a student in the Copenhagen office."
