Competition law

Our team can advise you on all aspects of French and EC competition law, both contentious and non-contentious. We have expertise in restrictive practices (operational advice, compliance and litigation), merger control (M&A and joint-ventures) and State aid. Our objective is to give you the advice you need within the timeframes and budgets you require. Our team in Paris has developed close relationships with the French competition authorities as well as the European Commission. Our clients include large French and international companies in both the public and private sectors, more specifically in sectors such as audio-visual, energy, financial services, pharmaceutical sector and distribution.

Corporate

We advise French and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, namely mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, restructurings and joint ventures. Dispute resolution

PPP & public law

Our team involves project finance et public law experts and has significant experience with regard to complex contractual operations, project finance, and real estate or major infrastructure projects concerning the public sector and involving PPPs in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In France, we advise on projects in the form of public-private partnership contracts. Projects

Our team advises public and private operators and lenders in Africa, Europe and Asia on partnerships in the transport, natural resources, energy, mining and telecoms sectors. Public international law

The Paris office is recognised worldwide for its leading reputation in state-to-state litigation.
