Project management
Our project management approach means that we fully scope, plan, cost and agree our work and fees in advance with you, drawing upon our extensive experience. This approach follows a proven process, supported by the right people, project controls and communication protocols. Matters may take an unexpected turn which can have an impact on costs and timescales. We will revise these with you before undertaking further work, so that you retain complete control of the process.
Secondments
We regularly operate secondments to our clients to help them resource key strategic projects or deal with volume work. We have, for example, seconded our partners, associates and solicitors to the Private Finance Unit of the Department of Health and to the Commercial Directorate and legal services division of the Department of Health.
Adding value
