Litigation and dispute management

We advise various healthcare companies and professionals on professional conduct issues, including hearings before the GMC and Nursing Midwifery Council's Professional Conduct Committee. We deal with formal and informal investigations by the various Regulatory Bodies including HSE, Trading Standards, EHOs and defend prosecutions which may arise out of those investigations. We have advised on a substantial number of contract and commissioning disputes amounting in total to several billion pounds and our work in advising on healthcare sector disputes is unparalleled. We have assisted in resolving commissioning disputes between the public and private sector in relation to provision of goods and/or services.
