We advise a range of Health Trusts; Foundation, Acute, Mental Health, Primary Care, Community and Care Trusts, on a range of estate management transactions and estate rationalisation programmes. Examples of this work include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, vestings, development agreements, options and overage arrangements, indemnities and guarantees, construction, planning and environmental advice.
We also advise on a wide range of capital projects including PFI, NHS LIFT, the ISTC programme and third party developments.
