Corporate secretarial support services

We appreciate and understand the ever increasing administrative burden placed on today's companies. We therefore created a specialist corporate secretarial team ("CSU") to assist companies with their corporate compliance wherever in the world their entities are registered.

The main service we offer is the compliance service which covers all the routine corporate compliance that a company expects to come across each year in order to keep  entities in good standing. We offer this service for a fixed fee covering more than 90 jurisdictions.  It covers, for instance, two changes of director and preparing the necessary paperwork to approve the year end accounts. We have found that compliance service is a very attractive service for multinational corporations looking to have clarity and control of their subsidiary entities.

The CSU is staffed by specialised and qualified staff many of whom are members of the institute of chartered secretaries and administrators. We use a computerised package so that clients can access their records remotely and, for instance, allows us to make certain filings electronically.

In addition we have a Worldwide Compliance product so that clients may understand the practical implications in each jurisdiction of, for instance, changing a director or incorporating a company.
