Employment tribunal changes and a review of collective redundancy consultation
Eversheds canvassed the views of more than 600 employers about proposals published by the Government for the introduction of employment tribunal fees, the reform of employment tribunal process and a review of the 90 day redundancy consultation period. Many of the Government's proposals surveyed received a positive reception and the results will be fed back on behalf of the respondents as part of Eversheds' response to the Government's recent consultation.
