This webinar focuses on the reform of European Works Councils. At this webinar, we have a strategic review of and discuss the new EWC Directive and its impact across the EU and EEA.
If your organization employs at least 1,000 employees across the EEA member states (comprising the EU plus Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein) and has at least 150 employees in each of two or more member states, the new re-cast European Works Council (EWC) Directive will affect you.
