We regularly work as a multi disciplinary team with colleagues in banking, private equity, pensions, employment, real estate, regulatory and other disciplines. We also pride ourselves on giving proactive and timely advice to secure commercial outcomes in testing times. We receive regular praise for this approach not only from clients but also from all leading legal and other industry specific directories.
With our team of 11 partners and 42 lawyers we have one of the largest teams available and cover all of the main commercial centres in the UK. The UK group also forms part of the wider European restructuring group, which is increasingly relevant as matters get more complex and cross jurisdictional in their nature.
