Eversheds' employment law game
Twenty Questions is an engaging and flexible training tool in a board game format. The game demonstrates the significance of employment law considerations in real-life workplace situations in a way that is commercial and fun. Aimed at managers and supervisors, the game illustrates the positive and negative consequences of managerial decisions for the organisation, the employees, and the manager themselves.
The game can be played by people of all seniorities with various experience of employment law.
The object of the game is for each team to respond to 20 questions, gaining or losing counters based on their handling of diverse people management issues. The game can easily be facilitated by an HR professional or trainer.

The game:

The game costs £249 plus VAT and comes with the following items:
- a carry case
- two boards (one per team)
- red, blue, yellow and green counters
- answer cards
- a ring binder containing:
- the game rules and methods
- the questions for one topic (absence or performance or discipline and grievance)
- progress sheets
- answer sheets, with outcomes and explanations.
Additional modules of questions are available at £99 plus VAT per module
